Refund Policy

1. Overview

California Bar Exam Audio Review, operated by Pacific Canyon Holdings, LLC, sells digital audio content delivered via private podcast feed. Because our products are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately upon purchase, our refund policy reflects the nature of digital content commerce.

2. No Refund After Delivery

All sales are final and non-refundable once your private podcast feed link and PDF companion documents have been delivered to your email address. By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge that:

• You understand the product is delivered digitally and immediately accessible
• Digital content cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense
• You waive any right to a refund once delivery has been made
• This policy was presented to you prior to purchase and you agreed to it

3. Pre-Delivery Cancellation

If you contact us at service@californiabaraudio.com before your podcast feed link has been sent to you, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

To request a pre-delivery cancellation, email us immediately after purchase with the subject line: "Cancellation Request — [Your Order Email]"

4. Technical Failure Exception

If you experience a verified technical failure that prevents you from accessing your purchased content, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of your first written notice to us, you will be entitled to a full refund regardless of delivery status.

Technical failures that qualify include:

• Non-delivery of your podcast feed link due to a system error on our part
• Podcast feed link that is confirmed non-functional and cannot be corrected
• PDF companion documents that are confirmed corrupted and cannot be replaced

The following do not constitute technical failures for purposes of this policy:

• Incompatibility with a specific podcast application of your choosing
• Change of mind or decision not to take the exam
• Failure to pass the California Bar Examination
• Dissatisfaction with content style, length, or format

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us at service@californiabaraudio.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution. We take unauthorized chargebacks on delivered digital content seriously and will provide full documentation of delivery and these agreed-upon terms to your card issuer in response to any dispute.

6. Promotional and Discounted Purchases

Products purchased at promotional or discounted prices are subject to the same refund policy as full-price purchases. The existence of a promotional price does not alter refund eligibility.
